Damn, dude! That's a lot of TV series'!!  :o

Like I said, I got a lot of used stuff for very good prices.  Off of that list, the 3 seasons of The Mupper Show I got at a yard sale for $1 each.

OK , I'm seeing BIG collections but really how many times are you going to watch them?  We have watched Buffy TFS entire series 3X. That is ALOT of viewing time.
Supernatural entire series twice. Once we watch a series 2-3 times and say that is not a keeper for another 100 something hours of viewing it goes in the seller Biz Bag.
I have the entire series of Adam 12 and still watch the free shows on cable. Never get tired of easy to watch popcorn cop shows. Our motto is if we are not going to watch it within 2 years it is gone = dust collector. Guess that is what happens when one lives in a tiny 1050 sqf doll house and too much stuff and too little time.

For me, yes, I will watch things over at times, but I will also lend stuff out and hope to have stuff available for friends and family.  Yes, like a movie one-man library.  Is space an issue...yeah, but hopefully I'll be able to set up spme bookshleves at some point.  I can't help it, I'm a collector.

It's nice to have them when you want to watch a specific episode, which I often do. Plus, today's TV sucks so bad, it is nice to have fresh vintage shows to watch, many of which I have never seen before, and when you get them cheap, like $9.99 a season, it is a real value. You can buy 3, 4, 5, 6 complete series for permanent use for less than the cost of a month's worth of cable or satellite. And as I have said before, I believe hard copy production is going south, and at that point, you'll have to watch sub-par streaming or eventually (likely) a pay per view type deal. I want hard copies (of favorite CDs too).

Additionally, if you collect props and costumes, to be able to zoom through a series looking for specific episodes, scenes, props, etc., having the complete series is a resource that is absolutely  invaluable, if for no other reason, the time it saves. Like they say- time is money, and sometimes in the hunt you have to prove something very quickly.

RedKing - The Man From UNCLE was released in an MGM complete four season box set for a while from Time Life.  Each box contains 11 discs, and all four boxes come in an UNCLE briefcase.  Plus two extra bonus discs.  Now if they would only release Girl From UNCLE too.  Go to TimeLife.com to see if Man/UNCLE is still available.

I'm not sure why they weren't on my list, but I do have the POTA TV series, some older V stuff, and the old Spidey cartoon set.  Someday, I'd like to redo the way I have my movies listed.  Maybe a spreadsheet or a database.

...and VHS tapes.  It would be great (and easier!) if it came with a UPC scanner.   ;D

I have tons of stuff on VHS but my player spit- the- bit last summer so I'm sort of on the prowl for a new VHS player...

Dudes, you have on idea.

I've been unemployed for awhile, and will be for quite awhile longer, so I've had to stop buying DVDs, only watching them.  Combining all the classic shows released with modern, if I began the list would go on pages.

Funny thing is, I NEVER sit down and rewatch the ones I have!  I only have time to watch new stuff.  But I still want to get them on DVD (they come in useful for loaning out to people, I tell myself).

The ones I'm itching for most though are MTV's Maxx (because I would like to see that again),  Game of Thrones, Get A Life and Eagleheart, Falling Skies, Buck Rogers and oh egads EVERYTHING:-\

I'll put THRILLER on my list, as soon as the list gets smaller. I'd also like to get all of the Irwin Allen shows, which is about 10 seasons, total, so it will be a while before I get those.  :)
Visit My Monster Magazines Website

Count_Zirock

Just a few of the ones I have that I didn't already see mentioned:
Witchblade
Forever Knight
Robot Chicken
Squidbillies
Titan Maximus
H.R. Pufnstuf (both the complete series and the 1970 Universal Pictures film)
"That's either a very ugly woman or a very pretty monster." - Lou Costello

Street Worm

I don't get much TV on DVD except for cartoons!  ;D

I do have the Man From U.N.C.L.E. set that someone got me for Father's Day one year
And The Prisoner which is on VHS (I'm fine with that)...
Disney's The Scarecrow Of Romney Marsh! that my 80+ year old mom got for me the day it came out (!)
& Total Recall 2070 which is a 'must have' for a Dick-Head like me.

Wouldn't mind having The Wild Wild West, the (Peel) Avengers & the Girl From U.N.C.L.E.

Three favorites from childhood I'd probably pick up (if they were ever released) just to see again are
T.H.E. Cat ('66-'67 NBC), The Name Of the Game ('68-'71 NBC) & Search ('72-'73 NBC)

I'd pick up Highway Patrol, too as it features my favorite car of all time - the Broderick Crawford 55 Buick Century!
