Ya know, I had all these Kenner figures until Sideshow came out. Then I pitched them. Now, I kinda wish I woulda kept em. They did an awesome Kharis and Son of Dracula in that little series. Good Grab THM.

Thanks. Yes, the Kharis was awesome. An unusually good head sculpt for a figure of that kind. Same thing with the Wolfman.

QuoteHasbro/Kenner Wolfman, near mint.

Really nice! I have the Frankenstein, Bride, Wolfman and Mummies (both Karloff and Chaney Jr.) from this series that I bought when they were first released.

I just picked up this complete set of new Marx reissues for $40 which I thought was a pretty good deal.

From my local shop I picked up this cool Ben Cooper Scat the Fun Bat with his original tag.  He'd been hanging around collecting dust for multiple visits, so I made an offer and took him home.  I really dig the jigglers with the "hair" texture fingers, they feel so cool.  Zombie Grin

Stay sick. Turn blue. Drop dead.

 Always loved that piece, congratulations!

Ya gotta love that name, Scat the Fun Bat as opposed to all those bats that are no fun at all.  ;D Really cool vintage Ben Copper piece. Had a few Ben Copper costumes when I was a kid. I would guess most here have.

Yeah, I really hate those droll, snobby bats. They can really kill a good party.

So much BEN COOPER love, here at the UMA.
"They come from the bowels of hell; a transformed race of walking dead. Zombies, guided by a master plan for complete domination of the Earth."

Good stuff, scarey1scd.

I would rather have original monster mags and comics in mid-grade or even low grade all day than slick expensive reprints. Hell, not only do I want to savor every ad, editorial, and letter...I wanna smell 'um! That old newsprint smell is intoxicating when enjoying a classic monster mag or comic.  ;)

I met Felix Silla at a toy show in Knoxville a few years back. Very nice fellow. I purchased one of his photos with Cousin Itt, Morticia, and Gomez, and he autographed it for me. We talked for awhile and he commented how his son is named Michael as I am. Good times. That photo is on one of my monster walls now by a Pam Grier and a Bernie Wrightson print of "Don't Look Back".
ALWAYS MONSTERING...

Truth! Bats should be interactive and not standoffish at family gatherings and other events like Halloween. I'm lucky since the ones I know in my neighbourhood are actually pretty good fellows.

Collecting! It's what I do!

My neighborhood just has the angry, blood-sucking types. There's a huge one that seems attracted to this new cologne I'm using.

And probably the most fun is Matt the Stand Up Comedian Bat.  ;D
