Monsters For Sale

You'll love it.  It is a nice size.  It holds a full gallon.  A decorative container for smaller loose monster items.

I like the fact that it has an old-fashioned metal handle.

Went to the Albany NY Comicon yesterday and it was alot of fun. Lots of people in great creative (and many sexy!) costumes, talked to several comic artists and a toy sculptor. I only had 15 bucks but I made out good-I got a loose 8 inch sideshow Moleman for $5.00 which completes the 8 inch line for me( for 5 bucks I can live with Moley not havin g a base!) and for $10.00 I got the transparent green Moebius repop of the Monster Scenes Frankenstein. I intended to build him, but when I looked the kit up online, I found there were only 100 of them made! I am desperate to know if the kit is valuable because if it is I would much rather trade or sell it to someone who wants it as is as a collector's piece. If anyone knows anything about the value of this dang kit please let me know! Sorry for crappy quality of the pics, my camera batteries died and I had to use the webcam op my laptop for them!

Crazy am I? We'll see if I'm crazy or not!

Pretty odd, yeah why build it. You can get a regular one cheap enuff

Just bought this on ebay. I hope I got a good deal? It was only $25, but the box looks pretty nice. Hope there's no surprises! The puzz is missing a couple of pieces, but that can be fixed up.

I think you did fine, Mike. How bright does that glow?

Only 100 made? There's no way I'd build it. I'd keep it as a collector's item. There are enough repops of whatever you can build.

No need to.  It's largely complete, and the few missing piece (considering the puzzles vintage) really don't bother me.  I'ld frame it as is.
What ever happened to my Transylvania Twist?

That puzzle is gogoslicious. Love the colors.

Or wait until you can find another incomplete puzzle with a trashed box - cheap.

Then you can list "your choice of piece(s)" on eBay to help someone complete theirs.

I agree with Monsters for Sale. You should be able to complete the puzzle cheap.

Possible, but I've never seen one, on ebay, that was in bad enough shape to go cheap.

Probably scan the box and enlarge it, then place it behind the puzzle.

I wouldn't mind getting the can version, if I could get an incomplete one in a good can. Hopefully it would have the missing pieces.

Most times you can't get missing puzzle pieces from other like puzzles; they seemed to be cut at random, with different registrations on each cut. Most of them I've tried it with (anyway) did not work out well (ex.-Jaymar Monster puzzles).

That's what I was thinking Hep, but I don't want it as a collector's item-I buy kits to build, so I would rather trade it or sell it to someone who would appreciate it as is ???
