Hepcat the set is brand new. All the stickers are still attached & mint & the package is still sealed.  :D

But that was earlier today. I would have worked through a set like within a few hours.

Those stickers are so cool. I have a few of those on the door to my old room. I remember getting those out of a gumball machine, and I got Frank, Drac, Mummy and Wolfman as well. I took pics last time I was there so will try to post pics.

I love those puffy stickers too. I remember getting a Wolf Man and a Skull puffy sticker in my Halloween bag one year while trick-or-treating. I had no idea they were in there until I got home, and I remember thinking they were so cool when I dumped my booty out on the floor. I also remember thinking that I wish I knew which house was giving those out because I wanted to go back there!

I to have those monster glasses ray has, and I have know nothing about them. I bought them off of brian heiler maybe he would know?

Therin of Andor

We had a Scholastic Book Fair in my school library a few weeks ago and I was suddenly taken by one of the figural erasers in the novelty stationery tray. Does this little guy (at right) not remind you of a juvenile Moon Monster?

Got one of these from the teacher that runs the Computer Club in our local Middle School.  They use their 3-D printer.  It's amazing to watch the thing "printed" from the bottom up.  Printing a 3-D oject--the future is here.

Just got one of these babies off ebay. The kit was built - not quite a gluebomb but it'll take some work restoring, especially the glue on the windows. The box is in good condition, it included the instructions, and even an entry for the Aurora "idea contest". I had read about the contest in Tom Graham's book but had never seen, let alone owned the entry slip until now.

What did they use as the template?

That's a good question.  The teacher got the file (?) online when I mentioned it to him.  My understanding is that they can take a whole bunch of photos of a solid object from all angles or something can be scanned.  This one is pretty crude compared to some of the other things I've seen him print.  He just did a minion from DESPICCABLE ME that is cool also, but with sharp edges.

The guy that came to Wonderfest with a 3D printer was printing those exact same "Creature from the Black Lagoon" busts. Weird.

Not really, I think whenever someone makes/scans something, they throw it online for all to use.  What was the guy at Wonderfest charging for them?

It's a 360 degree laser scan, like when they scan someone's head to do CGI effects.
