This is the top part of the wallets counter box that Terry owns.

I remembered that after I posted :D  Thanks for linking up the pic, Mike.

Thanks for the reply Bobby and for posting that image Mike. One more question if you don't mind. That Horror Scope looks cool. How does it work? It looks like one of those things you spin to pull bingo numbers. ;D

Thanks, The Horror Scope works like a flip book. You can insert different monster movie clips scene by scene into the machine. When you crank the handle you can watch tiny fragments from Frankenstein, Dracula, Creature from the Black Lagoon and The Wolfman. It was sold in Famous Monsters back in the day. There is a repro of this toy sometimes found on ebay, but this one's an original, along with the box top lid. One of my favorite vintage monster toys.

And finally snagged the elusive Creature/Wolf Man wallet so that now I have all of the monsters on wallets.

Nice wallets Bobby! I've always wanted to piece together a set of the wallets myself. I currently only own Frank/Phantom as well as the original counter box lid. I need a bigger civilian wallet to get these darn monster wallets!

My son Dominick surprised me with a very special gift this week. It is a clay sculpture that he made of the Creature from the Black Lagoon. He made me very proud and very happy. Perhaps one day he will become the next Randy Bowen? You never know. This clay Creech will get star billing in my Creature case for a long, long, time.

The other day my son Dominick added both Frankenstein and the Bride of Frankenstein to his collection of clay monsters. Now the Creature has a couple of friends to hang with. Dig that hairdo on the Bride.

Gday UMAtes - We all know what the next big holiday after July 4th is don't we - and so does Michael's since yesterday they already had out the 2008 Lemax Spookytown display.  I think this stuff gets a little cooler every year which is no surprise since  last I heard the reknown Adam Chiet was doing some design work for Lemax.  Without further ado I give you three new little items I found yesterday (retitled by myself) . Feel free to grumble about it being to early for Halloween then enjoy! First is "Leftovers Again!"

Next we have "You Lost Your Mittens You Naughty Kittens"

Anf finally for the ex-hippies out there -  "Thai Stick Man"

There are numerous new larger scenes also but I pass on them because I just like the monsters.

I won this on eBay last week. A Wolf Man View-Master set from 1978. It's still shrinkwrapped on an unpunched card. Now the dilema. Should I open It? I've got the Frankenstein and Dracula View-Master sets and they are open. I've never seen the Wolf Man reels.

You must NEVER open it because as soon as you do, another opened one will pop up on eBay.
