This isn't really a weekly find, but my convention haul. We went to the preview night for the Phoenix Comic Con. The comics I got -meager selection that they were -are in the Comics thread. Besides comics, I did find two other dealers with cool stuff. One was Mr. Monster -he had a bunch of monster mags (mostly modern), some monster toys, and, best of all, monster t-shirts! I've tried a couple of times now to order some Universal monster tees on-line, and each time my order was cancelled as they had none in stock. I really wish companies would update their sites to reflect their inventory! Anyway, this guy had some great tees and I bought three from him, shown below:

I also purchased an issue of Monsters from the Vault, a mag I've been very curious about. It looks great and I will probably get some more. Also managed to snag a Little Big Head Metaluna Mutant from the guy. He gave me a card with their website address. It's http://bijoucollectables.com/. He said they had many more magazines they would be adding to the site soon.

Last year there was a dealer at the con who had a ton of lobby cards and one sheets for movies from the 30s to the 70s. I bought a ton of stuff from him. Unfortunately he wasn't there this year. There was only one guy there with comparable stuff and he had a very small selection, mostly modern. I did grab three cards, but I'm most pleased to have gotten the A&CMF one. He also had some hard to find DVDs and I picked up Invasion of the Saucer Men. just hope it actually works!

I go to SDCC every year and i agree that there seem to be fewer and fewer dealers who sell classic monster stuff, although in the artist sections you can find some pretty cool interpretations of the classic monsters. Toys and figures are my main shopping goal at comic con and  there are three monsters booths that i always hit up for stuff.
even a woman who is pure of heart....well you know the rest..

"They come from the bowels of hell; a transformed race of walking dead. Zombies, guided by a master plan for complete domination of the Earth."

These two bottles of wine to add to the Lugosi one I received this year:

ORIN SWIFT 2009 CABERNET SAUVIGNON "PALERMO" NAPA VALLEY

and

The Prisoner 2009 Napa Valley Red Wine

I will continue to look for labels like these.

Talk about finding treasure in your own back yard. I've had this 3 ring binder for decades. Starting in 1972, I used it as a scrapbook for newspaper clippings. Since 1972, its been covered like this:

Earlier today, I was browsing through the "media" section, looking at Frankenstein toys from the 1960's, and saw something that jogged my memory. I carefully removed the paper from that binder's front cover, and this was what was below it, unseen for nearly 40 years:

Haunted hearse

That Binder is worth framing!

What ever happened to my Transylvania Twist?

TheHoldingCoat

Yeah, I think its great. Anybody know who did the art?

Hepcat

Hey! That binder was made by Standard Plastics, the company that also made the fabulous monster wallets. Too cool!

Collecting! It's what I do!

TheHoldingCoat

That is cool. I once had all those wallets; but they're long gone. Its amazing that the binder is still here, directly behind me as I type.

Radioactive Rod Whitenack

This really was a weekly "find". My Aunt found this little guy while cleaning out my Grandmother's sewing kit. When I was a kid, she would sew quilts, blankets and all kinds of stuff. I remember playing in her upstairs sewing room as a small child. I suppose I put this Monster Ring in her sewing kit for safe keeping. I guess it worked.

I started a thread a couple of years ago about these "New Monster Rings" from the early 70s. There was a bat ring, a cougar ring, a two hands ring, a devil creature ring, a skull ring and this ghoul ring. The great thing about this one is that I didn't buy it on ebay. I actually owned this ring as a child. It's at least 35 to 40 years old. I'm very happy today.

Man Rod, that ring is awesome!! It would be so cool to find somebody who could cast that baby in silver. What a great find!!

I don't know who the artist is on that binder but it is fantastic!
Not all your old wallets are long gone. Does this look familiar?

I don't know what happened to the others, though. If they were ever passed on to me you can bet I would still have them, but they never were.

Very cool. It has a real tiki flavor to it.

Monolith: Maybe I didn't have all of the monster wallets. I thought I had the Mummy also, in addition to the Phantom and Frankenstein. But we're talkin' quite a few decades ago now...

Bogey

Just won this lot on ebay....had these as a kid and used to use the raptor (blue one) as Godzilla.  Hours of fun.  Thanks Bobby for letting me know about these in a post many moons ago:
