When I was last at my folks place I went rummaging in the old boxes of my stuff looking for something else and got very excited to find that Kong. I had another about half the size but no luck finding it...yet!

Wanted to add my Mummy and case to the Finds............Thought it was a major monster find, but research shows it to be from the 1970 G I Joe playset Secret of the Lost Mummy. Very cool item anyway...Bud

Had this set as a kid--came with my first (redhaired/bearded) Joe I think.

Did you also get the jewels that were in the sarcophagus? I think that there were four or five of different colors...?

Late Late Show, I didn't know about the jewels......I'll have to get on the search! In fact, the antique shop guy I bought the Mummy from had a large box of "pieces, parts and trinkets", that I barely sifted through....Bud
