I recently re-connected with old friend Tim Ferrante, who I met on location for Independent-International's RAIDERS OF THE LIVING DEAD. Tim has written for Phantom of the Movies' Videoscope, among other magazines. He kindly sent me a package of goodies, including these two limited pressing soundtracks CDs which he produced:

Though DRACULA VS FRANKENSTEIN isn't on anyone's Top Ten Best Movies list, William Lava's score is pretty darn good, and the booklet features a number of rare photos. I haven't listened to MAD DR yet, but the booklet has some fascinating behind-the-scenes info.

Sweet, love both those movies.  Great score.  Oops. no pun intended.   :o

I'm not sure if they used the original poster art or not on the Drac VS Frank CD - it doesn't look like Gray Morrow to me - but its still pretty cool.

Unknown Primate

Awesome cds - Love The Blood Island Films!

During the month of October, I have a movie marathon till Halloween.  Dracula vs Frankenstein is always one of the first played.  Love that movie.

NOOOOOOO.........I'm still at work. I watch a movie on the drive home with my iTouch propped against the instrument panel behind the steering wheel. Takes about 1/2 hour to drive home, so it usually takes a couple or 3 drives home to finish a movie.
