As the police men slide to a halt next to Vincent....the Sargeant orders two men to go after the fleeing bum has he turns to address Vincent....

The Sergeant looks at Vincent and says "What the hell just happened here?"

[The Masked Man]

"I don't rightfully know...Sergeant...I was walking down this alley when that crazy fellow your chaps took after came at me......"

The Police Sergeant hands vincent his card, just as the other police return from chasing the red eyed glowing bum telling the Sergeant the bum and cloaked figure got away.

[Opera Ghost]

Meanwhile down by the water front, a "lady" strolls by a few gents, in an attempt to peddle her wares

[The Masked Man]

"Blimey...look Ollie.....she would make for a fine time...don't you think?"....

[Paladin]

"Indeed she would. Let's have a talk with her and see what she's really up to.

[The Masked Man]

Glancing back...she gave them a come-hither look and backed down a rather dark alley...

[Paladin]

The pair gave something of a sordid glance at one another.  "I'm really rather tempted to follow her you know" quipped Ollie.

They then smiled wryly at each other, nodded and proceeded after the rather seductive little creature.

As the two gents start to follow the lady into the alley, she turns and smiles as her eyes glow red.....

One of the gents opens his coat, and reaches inside.

He slowly pulls out a small, brown bottle of high grade chloroform.

[Paladin]

...then reaches into his back pocket for his handkerchief, wrapping it up into a ball and pouring a modest amount into it. All of this while smiling in a most sinister way.

A hulking shadow moves through the darkness, the only sound being an occasional scrape of a machete blade on the wall.
