If Bane is only able to acquire 17 sets of these gems and we have a greater number of  members who want them, I propose dusting off the "Hat of Doom" and doing a random name drawing of those who have already submitted their names. If this arrangement is OK with everyone, do nothing. If you DON"T agree, please chime in with a better alternative.

Do we send a Universal monster item for EACH PopTop monster, or each SET of two monsters?

Is there any way to get one of EACH variety of monster, and if so....how many Universal monsters do we need to send?
