I picked up a pair of these cool vintage JO'L cut outs at an antique store in Adamstown, PA. What really attracted me was the flourescent silk screening.  They look fantastic under black light - almost 3D.

We have this small collection of Paper-mâché Jack O' Lanterns.
What ever happened to my Transylvania Twist?

I don't recall, did Robert Loggia ever wear such a mask during the series?

If you want to view Paradise, simply look around and view it.

The company is Top Flight and the plane is called " The Nobler " designed b George ALDRICH

It has a 50" wingspan

Came with a very Big McCoy Gas Motor w/ spark plug

here's the same kit and what it looks like built up

This isn't really old, I bought it about 3 or 4 years ago at Party City. I posted it here because I didn't want to start a new thread for this one item. Besides, this thread is cool and it's that time of yeartynhrt

This is my Rotkin:

It's made of heavy rigid foam and came with a tag which I have around here somewhere. It has a battery powered light in the bottom. I've looked for these things since but came up empty. Anyone else seen these at Party City, or anywhere for that matter?
ALWAYS MONSTERING...

halloween decorations have always held a special place for me. i think it has to do with my birthday being a few days before and my mom would usually put up the decoration on or the day before my b-day. even my parties were halloween themed. 1 thing i always loved was this hounted house centerpiece. the original went missing sometime in my teens or twenties and when i started collecting as an adult, i went in my moms attic looking for it. GONE! asked mom if she remembered it. vaguely. asked my brothers if they had any momories of it. no luck. i had no idea who made it or what year it came out. i searched ebay all the time, but having only simple search terms it never turned up (i just searched haunted house centerpiece - lots of the same hallmark ones over and over, never this one)

well about 2 years ago at an estate sale, while digging thru a box of holiday decorations, i see this. i started to shake. no joke, i had to compose myself so not to blow the deal.
it was $1 in its original envelope!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yesterday was the first time i assembled it in like 40 years (yeah, i sat on it for 2 years without the guts to actually put it together. it's in such nice shape i didnt want to crease it)

anyway, here it is, the vintage Paper Art "horrific halloween" haunted house, in all its lowbrow glory. along with some rosbro and wiltons plastic stuff.

EDIT* another picture of some vintage halloween toys and novelties.
