Aynsley Dunbar was an incredibly talented drummer. One would think therefore that Doctor Dunbar's Prescription by the Aynsley Dunbar Retaliation would be an excellent LP:



Well it's not. It's muddy, directionless and underwhelming.

I always saw this in the budget bin. Now I know why.

I recently discovered Soundgarden's "Echo of Miles" album. It's a 3-disc, and specifically I've been burning through the covers disc.  Really fun and ecclectic choices, like Devo, The Stooges, Spinal tap, and Cheech and Chong! The Devo is probably my favorite!

11. "Homicidal Suicidal" - Budgie
12. "I Can't Give You Anything" - Ramones
13. "I Don't Care About You" - Fear
14. "Waiting for the Sun" - The Doors
15. "Search and Destroy" - The Stooges
16. "Big Bottom" - Spinal Tap
17. "Earache My Eye" - Cheech & Chong

I found it on total accident - it came up on my Queens of the Stone Age channel on Pandora.  This one, and Soundgarden's "Telephantasm." I glanced over and didn't recognize the artwork for either one and it piqued my curiosity.
