You got a great story out of it!  Creepy experience.  Could be an escaped mental patient, that has a nice ring to it too.

Totally a zombie!  Is there a hospital or mental asylum near where you saw this guy? Maybe he escaped from a secret government lab , which would explain why there was nothing in the paper about it! Expect a vist from the MIB soon Anton!
