I am gonna go with Florida because we have plenty of theme parks and events pertaining to Halloween. Halloween horror nights, howl-o-scream, etc. There is also spooky empires convention going on right around Halloween this year. Tons of stuff. California might also be another good state.

It's difficult to say which state would be best.  As it was said below, Florida does have theme parks which are fun normally, also do extra stuff around Halloween, especially Disney and Universal.

There are horror-themed conventions around the time of Halloween.  In northern New Jersey (not too far from New York City), there is the Chiller Theatre Convention http://www.chillertheatre.com/main.htm although they had not posted their guest list yet.  They usually have a lot of major guests though.

In California, there is also the Universal Studios park and Disney as well.  There is also the whole  Hollywood scene and there is the Son of Monsterpalooza convention near Halloween weekend also.  http://www.monsterpalooza.com/sonofmonsterpalooza/index.html  They have already started to list their guests, but I'n sure they will add more.  http://www.monsterpalooza.com/sonofmonsterpalooza/guests/index.html

We'll be interested to hear what you decide to do.

Hey, man... no need to apologize for your English.  You know a 2nd language at that is to be respected.  I have seen some of your costumes that you've posted and they're really cool.  We're lucky to have you as a member.  You are in the right place.

Best of luck with your trip!

You covered alot of what I was going to say , in regards of stuff to do here during halloween ;)

Universal Studios has the Horror Nights, which is super scary. http://www.halloweenhorrornights.com

I always go to the Danzig show each halloween , which is at the Universal Amphitheatre, on the backside of Universal, and
you can see the monsters lurking in the bushes, and hear ppl screaming like the entire time youre in line waiting to go in the show. Eekk!!!!

Disneyland is awesome at that time of the year,  ;D
as the entire French Quarter is turned into Nightmare before Christmas - Overloadddd.. its freaking amazing . . Even the haunted house is kicked up a few notches,
and its really something to behold !!!!

and right across the street from Disneyland at the Grove, is "Octoberflame" , for 3 nights in a row..
which is like a 3 day concert, featuring Tiger Army and other rockabilly/psychobilly bands ( 45 grave, Blitzkid, Zombeast, Calabrese, and a gazillion others. varies year to year,
and night to night, ,) http://www.citynationalgroveofanaheim.com/index.asp

at Hollywood Forever Cemetary, they have horror movies there every night during October. you just bring a blanket and 10 bux ( i think? ) and its RADDDDD. I try to go as many nights as I possibly can. http://cinespia.org/home.

and as Rob mentioned,
Son of Monsterpalooza will be going on as well.
.
Knotts berry Farm, becomes Knotss Scary Farm, and thats really fun.... monsters , ghouls and all kinds of creepy stuff goin on there
http://ultimatehaunt.com  .. but be prepared to be chased throughout the park by monsters carrying chainsaws and whatnot . .  ::)

the other thing I love to do is go to Eric Pigors home/ haunted house . .

Back in the day , ( dont even know if he is still doing it anymore ? ),
but Phil Anselmo had his amazing " house of shock" , in the backwoods of New Orleans area. .
I went a few times.. so that is usually going on the same week as the Voodoo Music Fest, but the bands there, always vary so much.
usually not stuff I like , but you never know. .

New Orleans, LA  .. they even have a parade.

It is difficult to say what is the 'best' but there are many things going on in every state of the union. I hope that you have a fun time no matter where you end up.

Couldn't go wrong there.  If in Southern California, you also might want to check out "Knott's Scarry Farm", which is Knott's berry Farms annual haunt.
