The Wolf Man, 1941 - Watched it with the Tom Weaver Commentary on.  What a great movie.  The makeshift forest and constant fog make this the most atmospheric of the Classic horrors in my mind.

Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man, 1943 - Wanted to watch with a Commentary, but there wasn't any.  Noticed a fair number of blemishes that remain in the movie.  I wish Universal would do a full fledged restoration and pony up for some extras.

Monster Mash (1995) with Bobby Picket. It's fun to watch John Kassir (voice of the Cryptkeeper) playing Igor.
What ever happened to my Transylvania Twist?

Atomic Train, 1999 - A former Soviet atomic warhead, surrendered for disarmament, is being shipped through Colorado on a train laden with medical waste and highly toxic, explosive chemicals.  Difficulties are encountered.

Rob Lowe, Esai Morales, Kristin Davis, Mena Suvari, John Finn and Zack Ward.

Made-for-TV 2-parter that covers a lot more territory than the simple, abbreviated storyline above would suggest.  Probably best viewed over two nights, as intended.  The YouTube version I watched ran a whopping 2 hours and 44 mins.

The heroics of a couple of the main characters are pretty over the top.  I thought it was better than a lot of the ratings it received.

Is this [Frankenstein Meets Wolf Man] the Blu-ray?

No.  The old Wolf Man Legacy Collection.  Is the Blu-Ray restored with a Commentary?

I haven't looked at the WM discs, yet. The packaging just says "2 feature commentaries" (total). I assume the first movie got, at least, one.

So, how do vampires get kids, anyway? The normal way? Do they come out vampires, or do you have to bite them? Inquiring minds want to know!
In the movie, both mother and child are human. They later become vampires because of certain events in their lives. I don't want to spoil it for anyone. It is a very well done, adult vampire film. Not sparkly vampires or short-shorts wearing werewolves. Btw, the mother puts bread on the table by stripping or turning tricks (which leads to some steamy scenes).

The two commentaries on the WOLF MAN blu ray set are for The Wolf Man and Abbott & Costello Meet Frankenstein.
DARK SHADOWS:

David Collins: "Dead people dont just get up and walk around.."

That makes sense.
