It was decent. I was expecting and hoping for a better film based on the last two collaborations of Barrett and Wingard, You're Next and The Guest, which I loved. I'm a big fan of The Blair Witch Project and this one just didn't grab me like I had hoped.

I loved "You're Next" ("The Guest" wasn't bad, either). Was it all hand-held, shaky "lost footage" like the first one?

Yeah. If the found footage format isn't your thing then I'd stay away.
