The Werewolf Vs. The Vampire Woman (1971) hosted on Midnite Mausoleum as shown on Kreepy Kastle Television



I prefer the uncut original version, Werewolf Shadow, but this chopped 'n dubbed version shown for the U.S. market is still a great flick, especially horror hosted. The dub turns the character Pierre played by Naschy regular Jose Marco into a goofy horndog which is hilarious.  Leon Klimovsky's scenes of vampires Patty Shepard and Barbara Capell frolicking in otherworldly ecstasy are sublime. It made Paul Naschy an international star, and still holds up as drive-in monster movie bliss.

Neon Maniacs and Night of the Demons are so much fun! I'm singling those ones out specifically because not many people I talk to have seen those. I'm always happy to see that other people are watching them.

Neon Maniacs and Night of the Demons are so much fun! I'm singling those ones out specifically because not many people I talk to have seen those. I'm always happy to see that other people are watching them.

I love to watch them at least once per year as they are like a rare treat! Neon Maniacs is a slice of '80's weird and Demons is just a great horror film in general for me.

What else? Had to revisit the classic last night.
