Saturday I watched Night Stalker -- the original TV Movie.  Enjoyed it as much as ever.  One of the best examples I've seen of an actor being so pitch-perfect for a part that I can't imagine anyone else in the part.

On Sunday I watched SSSSSS!  How cool is that movie?  I first saw it with my folks at the Sunset Drive-In on a double feature with The Boy Who Cried Werewolf.  The thing I liked best was the transformation at the end -- it reminded me a little of Talbot's).
They're going to make you one of them, my peacock!

I watched "The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra" today. All fans of Grade Z sci-fi/horror should check this movie out!

2 great 1970's movies!  NIGHT STALKER is one of my all-time favorites.  I still wish someone would come out with a great-looking Kolchak figure.  I've seen some great customs, but I'd like a licensed one.

As for SSSSSSS, it's often corny, but you're right, very entertaining too.

When Sssss was new and playing in theatres, I was the Assistant Manager of the Ritz Theatre in San Bernardino, California and we played it for a week. Back then we didn't have those newfangled automatic answering machines, nope, when we were open we answered the phone live. Now imagine answering the Box Office phone and the person on the other end wants to know what's playing and you'd have to say, "Sssss." They'd say, "What?" You'd repeat "Sssss!" and so on. It was a long week and the phones got very damp from all the hissing.
You knew the job was dangerous when you took it, Fred.

Great story, Jim and LOL at my end.

Imagine if it'd been a double feature with Eegah..."What's playing?"  "Eegah and Sssss."  You'd sound like a human beatbox!

I find this very entertaining as well, hope the sequel makes it to DVD soon. Living on the East Coast I haven't had a chance to see the New one yet.

Picked up the "IT / SHUTTERED ROOM" at Best Buy, and watched both movies with wife and Josie.  Waited years for release of "IT" to dvd, a childhood memory.   ;D
