Plus it has Alice Cooper as a creepy homeless guy and ALice did an awesome song for the movie too.

I loved Alice in that role...just so creepy looking!
"For one who has lived but a single lifetime, you are a wise man ...Van Helsing."

- The Day the Earth Stood Still

The original. On AMC tonight. I haven't seen this since I was a kid. It still had my attention. What a classic movie.

Trailer Park of Terror. 2006?

This initially had a good back story. Then the main plot of several Juvi D's' with a Pastor get caught in a massive storm after their vehicle collides with a "ghost truck" They end up in a ghost town trailer park that was blown to hell over 25 years before. Turns into a cross between House of a 1000 Corpses meets Evil Dead plus at about an hour plus -wise cracking zombies. Different/rude and in reality only a "must watch" for big horror fans and a must buy for no one.

"The Evil Dead" ...

very refreshing, after a long time (quite some years) of not seeing it!
Beautiful moving, shifting colors!

I watched this too Baron, even though I had seen it on DVD a few months ago. I just love this film. One of the best science fiction films ever made, as far as I'm concerned, and my vote for the best sci fi of the 50s. Great script, great acting, and I still dig the spaceship and Gort!

"Mephisto Waltz"-Alan Alda, Jacqueline Bissett

Meh. Tried to give a "Rosemary's Baby" vibe, but failed. 4 bananas out of 10.

Did you find the movie boring?

U.P.   some of my favorites of the Al Adamson/Sam Sherman collection. Have you watched, Brain of Blood yet?

Love the Blood island series!

No, I haven't watched Brain Of Blood, yet - Probably watch Beast Of Blood next, then Adamson's.  Just really love the Drive-In feel of these flicks!

Trick 'r Treat (2007)....very Creepshow, good stuff
Hellbound: Hellraiser II (1988)....paging Dr. Channard

Monolith

Finally saw CRONOS for the first time, Guillermo Del Toro's first movie from 1993. It's an unpredictable, original take on the vampire movie, and it's really good.

Herr Vogel

Revenge of Frankenstein on Svengoolie last night.

Grrrrrrr-I wish Sven was nationally syndicated!! I think he is the best horror host ever!

Anywho, I watched Dead Men Walk last night. As much as I like the movie and love George Zucco, I couldn't help thinking how much cooler the movie would have been had Bela played the dual Zucco roles!

I'm watching The Mysterians now. Great Toho alien invasion movie with a brief appearance by the giant robot monster Mogera. My copy that I am watching I taped on TV in August of 1985 on a Saturday afternoon. Jeez I miss those days!
Crazy am I? We'll see if I'm crazy or not!
