Watched The Black Sleep (1956) today on crackle.com, who is showing it for free.  

Bela Lugosi has a bit part as the mute butler.  Poor Bela, he deserved better.

Yea it is sad. And unfortunately he died broke and almost forgotten except for a few including Richard Sheffield who was his friend to the end. There were only about a dozen people at his funeral.
