The Strange World of Planet X (1957) aka Cosmic Monsters OK British sci-fi movie with Forrst Tucker (Abominable Snowman, Crawling Eye,F Troop, Ghostbusters 70s TV show) and sexy french Gaby Andre'. Experiments with magnetic fields in rural britain cause cosmic rays to mutate insects into giants, turn people (or at least one tramp) into mad killers and crash a friendly spaceman's UFO. The giant bugs are very disappointing-just badly shot live bugs that make Bert I Gordon's FX look good, but the cast is very likable and I am easily entertained :D

Strangler of the Swamp 1946 pretty good PRC thriller starring beautiful Rosemary LaPlance and future Pink Panther director Blake Edwards! Charles Middleton (MING!) plays the spooky strangler who is the ghost of a man wrongly exected for murder. If I did not know this was a PRC film, I never would have guessed because the prodution values and musical score were better than the usual PRC flick.

- The Undead on The Bone Jangler

Love watching Bone Daddy and his Coven. First time seeing this movie. It was cool aside from the forced sounding "thy" and "thees".

- The Return of Dracula

I really enjoyed this movie. From the cool cemetery opening to the 50's Halloween party at the end, this is a pretty good Dracula movie.

Highly recommended

La Mujer Murcielage (The Batwoman) 1967-Great groovy mexican film about a female Batman crime fighter/wrestler/secret agent played by the super sexy Maura Monti. Batwoman's usual outfit consists of  Batman style cape and cowl, blue long gloves and boots and a skimpy blue bat bikini! She tangles with the mad Dr Williams who, abord his ship the Reptilicus, uses pineal gland extracts from kidnapped wrestlers to inject into fish and create a monstrous fishman he names Pisces. pisces is cool looking, kind of a red colored cross between a Sleestak and the Monster of Piedras Blancas! Similar but much better than the US movie The Wild World of Batwoman made around the same time. There is a very nice subtitled print on youtube, which is what I watched.

Phantom Stranger

"The Avengers" (2012)

Phantom's Review: Simply Awesome! The best comic book action movie I have ever seen. All the heroes get plenty of screen time, interesting story, great FX and plenty of action. Superb, now if only the comics were as good.
