West of Zanzibar (1928) - I thought this was a really good film, Lon Chaney is great in it. I don't know if you would consider this like a monster movie or any of the elements required for the post but it does have aspects of voodoo, rituals, sacrifices, and spiritual events, so I thought I'd put it

Crawlspace(1972 TV movie).

A retired couple buy a farmhouse out in the country and discover a young man living in the basement crawl spaces........and he has NO intention of leaving. EVER.

Another Freaking Awesome 70s TV movie. This is the golden age of TV horror!
