I've had this on backorder at Deep discount for a month. Where did you find it?
I bought it like four or five years ago I think at our Hastings store in town.
Long live the UMA!

The Creeper

Don't Be Afraid of the Dark   70's made for tv movie I heard about on a thread our friend Scatter started about 70's tv movies.  Pretty cool these little demons terrorize this woman and only she sees them.

Frankenstein Meets the Wolfman

- House of Dracula

I love this movie. Carradine is the underdog Dracula of classic horror. Dracula week continues...
"For one who has lived but a single lifetime, you are a wise man ...Van Helsing."
"I shall awaken memories of love and crime and death..."

Memphremagog

Macabre(1958)
House On Haunted Hill(1959)
The Hypnotic Eye(1960)
DARK SHADOWS:

David Collins: "Dead people dont just get up and walk around.."

Sarah Collins: "Sometimes they do."

2 remakes;

Night of the Demons~fan of the original and enjoyed this one

Nightmare on Elm Street~big fan of the original and hated this redux

ZH- my husband and I ppv'd the Nightmare on Elm Street redux on Saturday night and we both had metallic tastes in our mouths when it ended    :(         It was pretty bad- in my opinion. And I was very optimistic when I started watching it. There were some "things" that were drawn out at the end and I don't know how I feel about the extra stuff about Freddy's motive. I hope I didn't SPOIL.

The Creeper

Mad Monster Party

Trick r Treat   One of my favorite new Halloween movies.

Cellar Dweller    A comic book artist of a comic like the old Tales From the Crypt draws this monster that comes to life.  I like it and Lilly Munster is in it and Jeffrey Combs it was done in the 80's.
Long live the UMA!

The Bat Whispers--A "Cat & the Canary" type mystery, mainly interesting because it was shot in 65mm widescreen in 1930. Far from a classic, but some inventive camerawork.

Also this:
Mysterious Mose - Bimbo and Betty Boop

Opera Ghost

"In each of us, two natures are at war--the good and the evil. All our lives the fight goes on between them, and one of them must conquer..."

FACTO2

Carnival of Souls and an episode of Angel (Forgiven) which I somehow missed along the way.

"If you go through life without any expectations, you'll never be disappointed."

Phantom Stranger

My 31 Nights Of Halloween continue with:

"The Legend Of Hell House" (1973)
Plot: IMDB
A team consisting of a physicist, his wife, a young female psychic and the only survivor of the previous visit are sent to the notorious Hell House to prove/disprove survival after death. Previous visitors have either been killed or gone mad, and it is up to the team to survive a full week in isolation, and solve the mystery of the Hell House.

Phantom's Review: This is a great film! In my eye's this film is second only to the original "The Haunting" as the best ghost movie ever. Creepy atmosphere, music and story.
Based on the novel by Richard Matheson (which is also terrific)

The Dybbuk (DER DIBUK, Michael Waszynski, Poland 1937, 110 min., Yiddish with subtitles)

In a Polish shtetl, two young men vow to marry their yet unborn children together. When the promise is broken years later, it unleashes a curse that leads to a young maiden becoming possessed by an evil spirit. A rare example of Yiddish cinema, this rich and atmospheric tale serves as a ghost story on more than one level: most of its talented cast of Yiddish Theater veterans died in Nazi death camps in the years immediately following the film's release.

Wow, what a tragic and fascinating backstory.

I saw "The Brood" with Oliver Reed..........convoluted, and really neither scary nor memorable.

Paranormal Activity 2.........we liked it. If you liked the first you'll like this one too. It's actually a prequel to PA1.
We're all here because we're not all there.
