Trick or Treat (1986).  It starred Marc Price from Family Ties.  It also had Glen Morgan as Marc's best friend.  He went on to become a writer, producer and director (X-Files, Black Christmas) in Hollywood.  The director Charles Martin Smith played Terry in American Graffiti (1973).
