AHS 1984~Watched the first 3 episodes, lovin' the 80's kitsch and classic slasher vibe.  Interested enough to see where the twists go.

I've said it before, but if Bride of Frankenstein is the Citizen Kane of horror films, then Exorcist is The Godfather of horror films.  >:D

What movie is the "Car Wash" of horror films?

I would say it's the "Showgirls" of horror films (without the cool nudity).

Maybe "Texas Chainsaw Massacre, the Next Generation". A film so bad, it's rising stars (Renee Zellwegerr and Matthew McConaughey) tried to sue to stop its release.

Seriously? Kind of a ballsy move for a couple of beginners whom, I assume, wanted to have a career!

There's no evidence to back that up but it has been a story for years.  TCM Next Generation went theatrical in a limited run and went to home media before being dropped but once Zellweger and McConaughey's careers started taking off the studio rethought their dismissal of the film and rereleased it.

Scream Factory just announced they had to remove both actors' images from their upcoming bluray cover. Seems like someone isn't that pleased with it.

Those guys should take a cue from Jack Nicholson, who's not the least bit ashamed of his early Corman movies.
