Otis, 2008 (uncut version) - Serial kidnapper / Revenge story - with a twist.

Stars Bostin Christopher, Keven Pollock, Daniel Stern and Illeana Douglas.

I love this one from beginning to end.  But it really kicks in during the 2nd half.

(Not for the kiddies.)
I love pitch black comedy. This is a fun film with cool twists (as mentioned). I've got to watch my DVD again. Great cast!

I read that Price hated this flick and disowned it. He stated it was for some of the exact reason you note. He said he was given the tamest portion/segment to read and signed on (because, as he stated in his senior years "I usually will do anything"). When he saw what he was signed on for he wasn't thrilled. I think Hazel Court actually came to the set of this film to raise his spirits because he was so annoyed at things.  His framework scenes are worth watching, as are a couple of the tales.

Planet of the Apes (1968). Perhaps it was because I was watching it alone at 2 AM, but this time it really did feel like a feature length Twilight Zone episode.
