Went to see this last week. I really enjoyed it. I think if you liked the first film, you'll like this one. The first film was much better imo, but still a lot to like with 2.

I really liked the Amityville Horror angle and like that a certain doll made a cameo. But the "Crooked Man" was the coolest demon/monster imo. Really like the socioeconomic context. Situating the story within political, economic, and social strife of late 70s UK gave the film some extra grit. A lot of subtext about class in the film. Pretty serious stuff. And totally loved hearing "London Calling" from the Clash to set the tone. 

Still, the film ran a bit long and was predictable at times. Overall pretty fun though.
