"They come from the bowels of hell; a transformed race of walking dead. Zombies, guided by a master plan for complete domination of the Earth."

The Mist (2007)

*I was just saying how I don't watch too many contemporary films, but this is another good one IMO. And man, what an ending?! I didn't see that coming.

Didn't realize there were so many future TWD cast members in this either.

Yes, The Mist is very good. I remember reading the Stephen King story years ago and being impressed with the Lovecraftian goodness he captured for it. The movie is every bit as good as the written work, which is tough to pull off.

The Frozen Dead(1966)
Doctor Who: Sleep No More(2015)
Doctor Who: The Time Meddler(1965)

DARK SHADOWS:

Near Death (2004)

Low budget stinker. Interesting plot involving ghosts and ghouls, but poorly executed. The acting, especially, is terrible. Spend 85 minutes of your life on something good.

It is a great film. Mord and I were talking about this not too long ago. Not only does it have a lot of TWD cast but the screenplay was written and directed by Frank Darabondt and KNB did the effects (Greg Nicotero and Howard Berger's company). So a lot of TWD crew involved here.

Heavy Metal 2000

Allright, but not the classic the first one is. The music, especially, pales before the original's soundtrack.

Dr. Orloff's Invisible Monster (1970)

Entertaining Eurohorror flick starring Howard Vernon and Fernando Sancho. A French/Spanish coproduction.

The Mummy (1959) my favorite Mummy movie

My favorite too, jimm. As good as the Universal Mummy movies are I have to give Hammer the nod.

Nosferatu79

A little film called STAR WARS - the original version, of course.

Then:

STAR WARS HOLIDAY SPECIAL

On the anniversary of it's original release.
