Prom Night (Jamie Lee)/ Prom Night II - Old school slasher fun.

Nice. Love Prom Night. One of my fav slasher films. Underrated IMO. You know what though? I can't remember if I ever watched PN 2 before. Is it any good? Feels like I watched it a long time ago, but can't remember if I liked it.

It's no "Prom Night", but it's better than the remake. It's only a sequel in name only. I don't necessarily recommend it to everyone, but I like goofy '80s horror (also, it's got a cool shower confrontation scene...I miss full frontal nudity in horror today).

"Doctor Who" season 8 two-part finale, "Dark Water" and "Death In Heaven."

The Brotherhood Of Satan (1971)

I went into this expecting a stinker because of some of the opinions of others. Here's a tip.. don't listen to others. Check something out and form your own opinion. This flick is very creepy and unsettling. Strother Martin is very effective as the main creep. It involves a small town locked off from "the world" while a Satanic ritual takes place to allow an aging Satanic coven to possess the bodies of children to further their existences with another life.

I think the reason this film has gotten a bum rap is because there is no nudity and very little gore. These elements were expected in '70s horror films. There are a few slow parts, and the kids can be annoying, but this movie does deliver with the eerie atmosphere and disturbing premise. I enjoyed it. It's available dirt cheap on Blu-ray of all things on a double feature with Mr. Sardonicus from Mill Creek.
ALWAYS MONSTERING...

I was just looking at the Blu-Ray on Amazon for 5 bucks.

Mr. Sardonicus is also a great film. Fantastic price.
