Besides being classics, these films sported some great casts for all of them..actors such as Peter Cushing, Christopher Lee, Jack Palance, Burgess Meredith, Donald Sutherland, Herbert Lom, Donald Pleasence, Joan Collins, Tom Baker, Michael Gough and more..which of these is tops for you?
DARK SHADOWS:

David Collins: "Dead people dont just get up and walk around.."

Sarah Collins: "Sometimes they do."

Flower

I voted for Dr Terror's House of Horrors .. it gave me the most nightmares.
"There are two means of refuge from the miseries of life: music and cats" ...  Albert Schweitzer

Unknown Primate

Me too, Flower - I saw it at the theater with my Dad when I was 9 or 10.  Scared me in the most perfect way - especially, "The Hand" sequence.
" Perhaps he dimly wonders why, there is no other such as I. "

Dead of Night.  Classic and Classy. Particularly Michael Redgrave's disturbing turn as a ventriloquist.

And not listed above as it is from 1945, not the '60's and '70's as the poll indicated. :P

CreepysFan

Went with House That Dripped Blood, but all are great.
" THIS BLANKET IS A NECESSITY.  IT KEEPS ME FROM CRACKING UP." - LINUS VAN PELT

Zackuth

I voted for Dr. Terror's House of Horrors.  Of all of them it's those stories I remember the most.
"Listen to them; the children of the night.  What music they make!"  Dracula

Scatter

We're all here because we're not all there.

Also it's an unforgivable omission. :D

RedKing

Went with House that dripped Blood-saw it on TV when I was around 8 or 9 and it scared the hell out of me!
Crazy am I? We'll see if I'm crazy or not!

Mike Scott

Dr. T and the Horrors!

I like all of them, but I suppose if I had to choose one . . .
