Earth 2 Chris

I love the artwork on these...and it's obvious the poses on many of these were swiped from different sources. As soon as I saw the "Humanoid" costume I recognized the pose:

Swiped from the 1960s Merry Marvel Society Iron Man poster by Gene Colan!

That helmet-wearing skull is pretty cool. I'd like to see the costume and box that accompanied it. And I've been wanting one of those Collegeville Jack-o-lantern guys for awhile, in a nice box.

I bid you good luck in your search for the Trick Or Treat costume aka Jack O lantern head mask. They are one of the hardest to find and they fetch a nice chunk of change. I will never sell mine. I have been looking for another one for 5 years. There is also a version that does not have a day glo paint job on the mask. I have been told the day glo ones are the rarest.

Very nice costumes everyone. I have a chance to buy a Phantom of the Opera costume, mask and box. I haven't seen it yet but he says its in really nice condition. He is asking $100. Any thoughts? Thanks UMA! BTW, I picked up a few very nice Devil masks that were Zest giveaways. They are up for trade if anyone is interested. Thanks again!

Just the mask alone fetches abut 50-60 if it is day-glo and around 20-30 if it is not. An entire costume with the original box is pretty rare.

It depends on if it is the 70's costume which is vinyl or the 60's which is cloth. The one from the 60's I'd say yes from the 70's no. There's a guy on ebay that has been trying to get a C note for his Frankenstein from the 70's but he hasn't had any takers on it. They should fetch around 50-70 if it's in primo condition.

Did Collegeville change from cloth to vinyl costumes in a certain year? Did Collegeville change all its costumes to vinyl in that year or were costumes that were previously made of cloth continue to be made out of cloth? Did Ben Cooper make the same switch in the same year?

This is not a Collegeville costume, but a Ben Cooper.  Bought it about a year ago. Although I'm not a collector of Dracula,
I did really like the costume.

A picture of a Collegeville Metaluna mask from the costume. (I was having a little fun that particular day with the mask)

What happened to your pictures?
