Unidentified Monster Cartoon

Hello, all! Maybe you guys can help me with something that's bothered me for the past few years.

Back in the early nineties the USA network aired The Real Ghostbusters and before and after each episode they showed a short monster cartoon. I've looked for the longest time and can't find anything concerning these "bumps" or whatever you want to call them.

Does anyone remember what I'm talking about? So far everyone I've asked about it has no recollection of the cartoon shorts. Can someone please identify this cartoon for me?
