Has any one here made a movie? I Need Help!

I was wondering if any one here made movies. I just made another short film and have decided to jump into a full length film. I have the script done and obviously I know how to make a movie but I still have a few questions I hope the amazing people here can help with.

Question 1
when I find someone generous enough to give me money to make it what do I have him sign, if anything at all. If some one could give me an example I would much appreciate it.

Question 2
The movie will consist of differant short films with fun stuff between them setting it up, so what I need to know is when I get the actor to sign the contract does the contract have the name of the whole movie even though he's only playing in one film within it, or the name of the short film within it, or both?
