Sir Christopher is quite possibly the most awesome human being that ever lived. For his 92nd birthday he recorded a new heavy metal album titled Metal Knight.

Here's a picture of the CD sleeve:

For whatever reason Christopher Lee has been recording heavy metal CDs. Here are his previous releases:

Personally I much prefer blues rock but Christopher Lee has clearly taken the heavy metal route. In any event, Christopher Lee became the oldest living performer to have a song make the Billboard 100 chart when Jingle Hell did so.

In the book, he had a mustache, pointy ears, claw like fingers, hair on the bottom of his hands, and looked ugly and decrepit.

Film is literary text, but it is a very different medium then printed novels. In film, Bela Lugosi simply IS Dracula.

However, with that being said, Lee still made a few really good Dracula films. I like the Hammer series.
Listen to them. Children of the Night. What music they make!

Phantom Stranger

I believe Lee was also the only actor to ever play both Sherlock and Mycroft Holmes.
My personal favorite Dracula.
My personal favorite Mummy
Great in The "Lord Of The Rings"
and the best thing about the "Star Wars" prequels.
He will never be forgotten as long as we remember him.

Lugosi was THE Count Dracula, for many.  However Lee brought a different dynamic to the role.  He also loved the character, and tried to encourage film makers to have the character be more like the one Stoker wrote.  Also "Horror of Dracula" was a better film than "Dracula".  So who do I think of, when I think of Dracula?  Both of them.
