 Out of all the Doctor's arch villains, I love seeing him encounter the Daleks most.  The Cybermen are a close second.

I love what they've done w/the Daleks on the new series, specifically in "Parting of the Ways", Chris Eccleston's last episode. Perhaps it's been done (please tell me if so), but I'd like to see a Dr. Who monster rally, w/the current series.

I love the Daleks and Cybermen, but the Master has always been my favorite WHO villian.I hope they figure out a way to bring him back now that they seem to have definitively killed him off in David Tennant's final episode. Other villians I love that have been under represented are the Zygons, Ice Warriors, Silurians and Sea Devils. I HATED the new Silurians from last season. I really wanted to see a great animatronic suit update of the original designs for these guys rather than introducing a third race that is basically scaly humans.

The monster rally you mentioned took place in last season's THE PANDORICA OPENS with appearances from the Daleks, Cybermen, Autons, Silurians and Sontarans as well as a few of the one-off races from the show..
