For those who don't know the character, Baby Huey was one of the Harveytoon cartoon characters from Harvey comics and the Paramount cartoons. He was like a Lenny from Of Mice And Men where he was child-like (the baby bonnet's a tip-off) but with the voice of a 50 year old man and the strength of the Incredible Hulk even though he had no idea how strong he was.

I wonder if a robber baron/ crooked hedge-fund boss Richie Rich could be next?
