Great stuff, Dr. M! I used to do stuff like that with my (then) little girl.

Here's a little something I did with ballpoint pen, an exceptionally bad day for the Space Family Robinson!

nice, i have the polar lights 1990s model kit of that :)

Herr Hussmann

Thanks, Gillmanjoe! I have the same kit. I thought it would be amusing instead of having the Cyclops ready to toss a boulder over his head to have him toss the Space Chariot (with the Robinsons inside!) over his head.

Ludi- that's a wonderful Cat bucket- so retro and cool looking- papier mache?

Great Andorian, Therin! (unless that's really an Orion in disguise!)

Jim Bertges

Herr Hussman, your drawing is quite and inspiration for a model conversion. It is much more dynamic than the Aurora kit, and it solves the scale problem between the chariot and the human figures by moving them so far apart. When I build this, and I will build this, I'll put the Robinsons down at the bottom, blasting away at the cyclops. I promise to share when I actually do the conversion.
You knew the job was dangerous when you took it, Fred.

Ludi

Thank you, Herr Hussmann.  Yes, it is good old paper mache.

great job!!! paper Mache is impossible to me I have no clue how to make it work I think I lack patience and a light touch.
