It was a simpler time, when one could go to the zoo and play with baby gorillas and ride a giant tortoise...

 That's one of the zoo's workers, they wouldn't let us kids hold it.  Which was wise, once in my arms I probably would have made a break for it.

CreepysFan- those bow ties are just the cutest!!  I want to put you two in my curio cabinet!  I love those little outfits.  The long haired look is one I'm more familiar with. I went to high school in 1976- in Florida. So it's not as novel as the sweet little bow tied look -teehee     Also, the woman that is standing with you reminds me of the nicest Mom in the world- from Lost in Space.

Just about fell out of my chair when I saw the bow ties and short pants! That is so perfect! There's a picture of my older brother with his little crew cut and bow tie that would fit right in with that. Awesome!!
