Fu definitely saw the light of day a few years ago. Last I talked to Martin (from Exec. Rep.), he said that Fu is still in play (but not available at the moment). It's a ridiculously good piece. Ray Santoleri saw it in person, and gave it his seal of approval. He is very hard to please (considering his sculpting talent).

How about the John Elleman figure? Get produced or sucked into the X-Files? At least when Martin produces figures one has an actual chance at buying them, lol.

None of the others were produced (including Mr. Wong). I think Mord is the most likely to come next (if it hasn't already). Btw, the Black Cat figures were supposed to have a hundred piece run. It was later raised to 200, which explains the surplus.

Oh, yeah....200 figures is possibly a bit much for one of the UNIs that aint Drac, Frank, or Creechie.

Wow, Mord...it was made and its in stock! Go get it!!!!
I think my days of spending $200 on a figure are over. I did it for The Black Cat because it's my favorite film. Then I felt stupid when it went down to $75. I'll wait. Maybe they'll lower the price.

Either that...or it will evaporate into the ether with Vincent Price. With less the announced production run being produced.. In this economy, and with nearly no exposure/advertisement/word of mouth....I wonder if they even made 50 of them.

Thought it was worth posting as it popped up whilst I was looking at this site and I remembered it being mentioned. Unsure how many they actually made of these although it does state it's a very limited run (who knows what that really means though?!)

It is. But I am confused. The figure was already released once....4 years late from the original solicitation date in 2009. 3 years ago. Supposedly limited to 100, but embarrasingly enough---they never even produce the proposed limited run of 100 figures (according to the whispers in the wind regarding the item).

This new listing has yet another entity/business partner involved and boasts a four color packaging box.

But the first issue was in a wood burned crate, similar to the Black Cat figures, but minus the black and white outer sleeve. I know this part to be factual....and not here say. Picture is worth 1000 words. The website "Sounds of Vincent Price" owner has one of this first runs of the figures, as he showcased it in his blog. Hmmmnnn....? Curious.

I purchased the Exec Replica Fu Manchu a few years back, and it is truly an awesome 1/6th figure.  It far exceeds the Black Cat figures, which I thought were done very nicely as well.  However, the new Mord and Vinny figures look like they may be the best of the bunch.  Cheapest I've seen them for pre-order is Big Bad Toy Store.

Thanks, Joseph, congrats on the Fu Manchu. It really is exceptional. I might have to check these out. I would hate to miss out on a good Karloff figure.

That's a fantastic looking box the original one came with and it is also curious as to why this new one is different. looks like you may have the better of the two with that box Anton although just to have the figure is still very cool.
