Not to change the subject..................but I was making an egg salad sandwich today ( my husband is out of town and I went crazy.... he hates the smell of boiled eggs) and I thought hmmmmm, pickles, salt& pepper, Vidalia onions, eggs, mustard and a bit o' mayo.......I wonder what exotic spices or foods Dr. Madd would use in or on an egg salad sandwich?  I know, I know, it's weird, BUT I couldn't help but ask if you or your wife make good ol' egg salad 
I did't think of Martha  Stewart first, like I usually do..........I might be a monster maniac!

Hadn't been in this thread lately.. Sorry so late. I'd suggest Paprika, the onions, for sure, eggs, mustard, and I might just add a little hint of horseradish. and some coarse ground black pepper.
