Happy Birthday a day late,. We always eat Chinese food on birthdays in this house too. Did you know that the dish "General's Chicken" (sometimes General Tsu's Chicken) is named after the author of "The Art of War" (General Sun Tzu)? How ironic is that! Being chicken could be part of war. Bruce Lee called it "the art of fighting widdout fighting". Anyway you'll probably forget this since you're getting older! Have a good one!
