 Today is a sad day for the monster world. On this day Nov.29 1991, Mr. Ralph Bellamy passed away.
Even a man who is pure in heart,and says his prayers by night,may become a wolf, when the wolfbane blooms, and the moon is full and bright, AAHHOOoooo

Also, in classic horror, THE GHOST OF FRANKENSTEIN, and wonderful comedy roles in things like THE AWFUL TRUTH, HANDS ACROSS THE TABLE, and BROTHER ORCHID.  He played detective Ellery Queen in several movies, and portrayed President Franklin D. Roosevelt at least three times in film and tv!  I like to think this is a time to celebrate a brilliant career and remember favorite Bellamy roles, rather than a day to be sad.  He was one of my favorite actors!  Thanks for bringing up his name!

 I remember him in the eddie murphy / dan akroyd movie Trading Places, he played one of the Duke brothers.
