Satan's Triangle starring Kim Novak. I believe it's from 1975. The ending is one of the scariest things I've ever seen.

Ahh......Kim Novak--loved her in Bell, Book and Candle!
"In each of us, two natures are at war--the good and the evil. All our lives the fight goes on between them, and one of them must conquer..."

Unknown Primate

Just watched SOMETHING EVIL ('72) on YouTube.  Directed by Steven Spielberg & starring Sandy Dennis, Darren McGavin, Ralph Bellamy & Johnny Whittaker.

Of course, it wasn't as scary as when I first saw it on TV, but it was still cool to watch it again.  Gonna watch KILLDOZER ('74) tonight or tomorrow, also on YouTube.

Here's the trailer for SOMETHING EVIL:

" Perhaps he dimly wonders why, there is no other such as I. "

I'd call this a thriller. "Duel" with Dennis Weaver hounded by the crazy big rig driver, a classic!

Duel. A fantastic film. Very creepy and suspenseful.
"They come from the bowels of hell; a transformed race of walking dead. Zombies, guided by a master plan for complete domination of the Earth."

"Duel" is an absolute CLASSIC!! Stephen Spielberg's first film too!
We're all here because we're not all there.

Killdozer rocks!!!

Yea
I have a crappy DVD-R version I've watched at least once a year the last 5. Wish more of those ABC movie of the night thrillers were available legit.

RedKing

I would be all over a legit DVD of Killdozer!!

Man, I've got alot of classic films to add to Netflix after looking at this thread.
I missed alot of those when I was younger.

shoot, I have to edit this because I thought I was in the movie section, not TV!  ;D

I agree The Duel was awesome!
Grizzly scared the pants off me when I was a kid (I was living in the mountains so ...you know), but I didn't find it scary as an adult.  You have no idea how many times I was tromping through the woods as a kid and would hear grunting moving things in the nearby brushes that would send me into a terrified panic after that.  'course we really only had black bears there, but still...

Salems Lot was great. I couldn't believe they aired such horrifying stuff on TV at the time.  When that creepy bald nosferatu was in the kitchen, that was my favorite scene. What a great introduction into the vampire world (with Kolchack) as a child. Not so nowadays.  :(

And I loved Gargoyles, although I wasn't scared of them, I actually LOVED them. Hey, there's nothing wrong with a little cross-species pollination.  ;)

Paladin

Duel A sadistic truck driver tormenting a motorist on his way to a job.

Great film.
"Traveler of both time and space..."
