It looks like Donnie also signs via his website here:

Also, Chris Costello (Lou's daughter) signs via her website as well....ask for an autograph on the photo in the order notes!

Why would you want Lou Costello's daughter's autograph?

It's almost impossible to find out anything about his daughters on line, except that one passed away. I'm not sure if the other two are even alive.
What ever happened to my Transylvania Twist?

I would assume the same reason why people get the Chaney, Karloff and Lugosi kids sigs.

And...  Why in the world is that?   Just a "Shake the hand that shook the hand" thing?

I've never gotten the appeal.

I assume this is a response to my post.

I'm not and autograph seeker, so I wouldn't want theirs, either. It's one thing to meet them and talk about their dead relative, but what have they done, except be related to someone famous, that you should want their autograph? If that is enough, go for it, I guess. I'd rather seek out an autograph of the dead relation.  :)

There are so many different levels of autograph collecting. One example is......The Fan( atic) who has to have every signature of persons involved with a film or studio album or play or television series, signing their movie poster,  album....etc...etc.

In which, that Fan will do or pay anything just to receive an autograph of their favorite person. Paying hundreds to thousands of dollars.

I've been collecting autographs for over twenty years and I am no where near an expert in collecting autographs. However. It's gosh darn interesting how much I have experienced and seen in the years I have been collecting and attending  Conventions specifically geared towards the genres of Horror,  Sci-fi and Comicbooks.

The Convention circuit has evolved in to a mass of money making and different Celebrities charging a significant amount for fan autographs. Which, in reality is a representative that books the celebrities' personal appearance.

I've seen autograph signing progress from twenty, thirty dollars to sixty dollars and beyond. Within twenty years.

Here's the caveat. Most Celebrities who sign autographs, honestly do not give a crap about the person who wants that autograph. They the Celebrity, are there to make money and move on.
They the Celebrity can give a **** how many times YOU the collector has seen their films or concerts. It's a harsh and truthful reality.

My quest for autograph collecting has diminished throughout the years since I have been attending and collecting. For me, the want and desire to collect autographs has gone. It's a sham and a business....and not fun, nor exciting.

Collecting an autograph of a relative of a deceased Actor is personal preference. I think it's strange that someone is compelled to want an autograph of the relative of any Celebrity who is no longer physically alive. Nevertheless, to each their own.

The one granddaughter is, I just DMed with her.

Her mother the daughter (who died) appeared in 1-2 of the old movies FWIW. So technically would be an option for autograph

I would agree. Ms Costello is as much a part of the fabled "horror dynasty" as those other three.

Mars I've been collecting for over 40 years and I remember when they were free.  Also, I can say I know of several that do enjoy meeting their fans.

That would have been interesting to attend Conventions forty years ago.

Wow free! I also want to hear what the conventions were like 40 years ago. I remember being little and hearing about Chaney and Karloff kids attending. Never occurred to me to go
