Creature-themed bathroom! FANTASTIC! That goes on my list of projects! I'm currently rebuilding the fireplace surround.. wife shot down the idea of a dino fossil embedded in the hearth but agreed to subtle and friendly gargoyles on either side, and a removable fireback of skulls!

Has anyone installed or considered a secret entrance to their monster room? Hidden stairs behind the bookcase, secret button under the Shakespeare bust? Removable eyes in the portrait?

Wow...I love it.  The 80's splatter geek in me is doing backflips.  WHERE in the world did you find a Madman Marz action figure!!!??? And that display bust...that is sweet!

Awesome (and frightning) display.

Welcome back!

I've been considering a secret passage in my finalized monster basement, just gotta work out the mechanics of it.

Great looking bathroom, I've been wondering how I was going to tie in my monster theme to the basement bathroom......maybe a laboratory-lavatory?!?!?

Great Creature bathroom!

The shades of green paint for the walls is perfect - really sets off the decor!

Thanks for sharing.

Well, It's not really a Monster Room yet, just a couple Monster Cabinets.  My collection is more like Ray's, in boxes.  Someday I hope to build my ultimate monster room!  You guys have given me some great ideas!  Anyways, I thought I'd share what I have displayed!

Nice bunch of Creech kit, Brian! What's that Creature behind the plush one in the last pic?

WOW, great collection you've got going there !!

I see you have one of the Cheit Creatures ( Mike that's the one in the last pic you were asking about) and it looks like yours is doing the same thing my two did (I bought an extra that I'll sell someday), some of the plates are peeling upwards.

I also see that I'm not the only one who collects Marx Creatures in different colors. Looks like you have 12? I think I'm up to 14. I was doing the same thing with those large blow molded Mexican Creatures for awhile. Got up to 8 or 9.

In the second photo down on the second shelf what's that Creature to the right of the patch that has a little nameplate in front of it? Looks really cool.

Oh and I just noticed that you have the same Universal Studios Orlando Monsters Cafe pin that I have. Do you have any other stuff from there?

Keep the photos coming...  ;D

Thanks Prof. The Marz figure and bust were custom pieces as no one has, or probably will, do a mass version of that 80's classic...........................Larry

Yes, that is my Chiet Pet...  I talked with Adam and he told me to use a hot glue gun and glue them down.  I'm just to lazy to do it.

Wow 14 different.  What colors am I missing?

The only other things I have from Universal is a Creature Shirt and Hat.  I wish I would have bought the nail polish, but I thought it was to girlish back then.

Thanks all for the compliments!

Hey now let's not get off topic let's discuss Marx colors in the proper thread!  I'd love to know what colors are out there for me to keep an eye out for.
