Interview is not THAT bad a film as long as you "get" the Anne Rice Gothic vampire world. Personally my fave vampire movie is 30 Days. A bit too much comic book CGI we run 80 MPH but still for the darkness/cruelty that REAL vampires are ..way cool.

It's got Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt in it. Right there, it sucks. All it needed was Keanu Reeves to complete the Trinity Of Suckiness.

Eddie Murphy in "A Vampire In Brooklyn". Total excrement.

But Angela Bassett made up for it. Actually I liked Vampire in Brooklyn. Black actors making their own vampire movie in the 90's in a similar vein of Blacula in the 70's. Of course, Blacula is a classic and VIB plaes in comparision, but a decent movie, one that I would watch over a host of others.

The worst that I was willing to sit thru was Fright Night 2.

Innocent Blood by John LAndis  Female vamp vs the Mafia. Anne  Parillaud (femme nikita) was the lead and while she is a sweet little french pastry, the movie sucked.
