I confess, I like watching this show and was saddened to hear of Captain Phil Harris's passing today.  He was a hard livin' dude, and one heck of a crab captain.  RIP Captain Phil.

I was crazy about Captain Phil. He was 'my' captain. Love the show. No shame. Just enjoyment. I was so saddened to hear about this first thing this morning. Lousy was to start the day. I gave him some space at Mondo Cult. Have a look.

Tragic loss.  Proves a lesson to us all though.  You can't live on cigarettes and Red Bull in a high stress job with hypertension or high blood pressure.  You must do everything you can to take care of your heart.  It is the one organ that will surely let you down one day.

Sad loss.  He really was pushing the envelope, health wise.  A lesson for all of us to take better care of ourselves.

The new season has started, and it is really good so far.  It is surreal to watch it and know what is coming so soon for him.
