Phantom mask

Hey guys,  I picked up recently a Phantom of the opera Halloween mask, it's not like the day glow type green, it's different, it has more skin tone type colors, looks like the James Cagney one, was it made by Collegeville or Ben Cooper??

Sounds like Halco.

Thanks much for the info Dr. Terror, you are correct, it's the Halco version, wish I had the rest of the costume, but only found the mask.
