Went with CURSE OF THE CAT PEOPLE, though it should be said that I've enjoyed all 7 of the Val Lewton genre films I've seen.

I chose I WALKED WITH A ZOMBIE, mainly because of it's eerie atmosphere, downbeat ending and Darby Jones as one of the creepiest zombies ever.
DARK SHADOWS:

David Collins: "Dead people dont just get up and walk around.."

Sarah Collins: "Sometimes they do."

THE BODY SNATCHER   Karloff, Lugosi and Daniell...(wow!) and blessed Mary Gordon.  The one Karloff portrayal that REALLY spooked me.

Cat People and Leopard Man FTW. Lewton worked with Jacques Tourneur on Cat People the latter of whom worked on one of my favourites, Night of the Demon.
