GAKENSTEIN

Why are the monsters in the second billboard image squashed??  Photo-shopped??
"Supernatural perhaps, baloney perhaps not!"

BANE

Frankenstein´s monster dice means in Spanish....Frankenstein monster says.  Dice means says.

Photoshopped?  Definitely not.  Those are the real deal.  Costing me $2,000 a year.  So come on down and give me some business!  I will show some shots of our gorgeous terrace really soon.  Has a view of the whole city.

I don't think Gakenstein meant that the image was photoshopped as in fake (not a real billboard), but that they are skewed, squashed, in order (I'm guessing) to fit inside the billboard area. The monsters are stouter, wider than they are in the classic album cover image. Trying to fit a square original image onto a rectangular billboard would certainly require manipulation of the proportions if you want to keep the image complete.

One o' these days our family trips to Lufkin and Houston will conclude in a slight detour into Mejico!

You might be able to find a couple of monster kids who would let you put one one of those in their yards for free.  (Wish I had the room.)

VERY nice!!!
